The detection can be used to diagnose cardiac damage and is an aid in the diagnosis of myocardial infarction (MI). Whole blood, serum or plasma can be used as sample material in this test. The one-step membrane immunoassay is easy to use and the test result can be read in as little as 15 minutes.
